Actually, the EMG81 is more versatile then you might think. Blues and Jazz pieces in the Neck Position sounds nice and warm.

There shouldn't be any problems, but double check to see if there is room for the 9V battery.

What happen if no room for the battery?

do i need too dig a hole on my guitar

oh nooooooo yawn.gif

If no room, you'll have to go with a Passive pickup.

i doubt you'll have to dig a hole to fit the battery.. it should fit in your control cavity..

i think got space at the back of the guitar,

can see one plastic casing over there

Installation of a pickup is around RM50 for a humbucker.

But do remember, if you're installing an active humbucker, all the rest of your pickups MUST BE actives.... It's a pot issue. You CAN install both actives/passives together, but requires quite abit of innovative wiring work to your switch.
