Its only SEA region that got the date pushed back, US/Canada is still 29th tho.

No not just SEA region. The PC version will be released in May 29 for North America (except Mexico) and June 1 for the Rest of the World. I really hope game publishers will start using the US Date in SEA Region for every upcoming games as it takes time for the stock to be mostly shipped from Singapore to other SEA regions. I really hope the PC version will arrive in Malaysia in June 1 or even earlier if possible.

Sorry to tell you but Max Payne 3 PC North American version has been delayed to June 1st. It is a silent delay.

Look for the PC version launching on June 1st in North America and Europe as well.

Does Max Payne ship with a 64bit EXE file or is it still 32bit?

Not sure about this, but Max Payne 3 can be installed in both systems.
