QUOTE(ayidafiq @ Dec 10 2012, 11:58 AM) ok well then im gonna sell my psu and get the full modular instead. can u post ur pic of ur rig? i love to see it not exactly brilliant, and that PSU is older one btw, semi-modular also can since the 24pin and CPU 8pin are required anyway.. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by JohnDiew0107: Dec 10 2012, 05:32 PM |

QUOTE(CyntrixTech @ Dec 16 2012, 11:04 AM) PSU don't matter with cable manage in TJ08E. You can hide everything properly. It's a matter of how you hide the cables. indeed, the two 5.25" bays at the top and large space behind the motherboard tray is just brilliant for hiding those useless cables.» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This barebone we built has no PSU installed. You can install ANY PSU, modular or not, and you will still get the same clean look Facebook link here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.4...67942523&type=3 but still I'd prefer to work with semi-modular PSU, cause it makes everywhere less messy. btw Cyntrix, do you think TJ08-E's USB3 plug is very hard to bend. Since I'm using the P8Z77-M, the USB3 port is right beside the DIMM slot. ![]() as you can see in the pic, I have to route the USB3 cable through the front of the HDD. I tried to find any L-shaped USB3 adapter, quite hard to find. |

Bending like that doesn't help much as the HDD cage would get in the way.
well, part of the reason is that I need that HDD cage for my HDDs, unless I got myself a multiple bay HDD enclosure. |

QUOTE(amirinz @ Jan 15 2014, 07:35 PM) Guys, if I copied the CRATE COMPUTER DESIGN AIO sff design, can I be fined for that? because I have access to power tools, and stuff like that, so that mean easily use their design. Just worried about the legal stuffs. And the pricing for the xigmatek aquila hasnt been released right? QUOTE(irienaoki @ Jan 15 2014, 07:42 PM) copy for personal usage will have no issue.but for commercial purpose, if they find out, they'll pursue. |

QUOTE(N33d @ Sep 1 2014, 12:46 PM) Hi, Which one has better cooling performance?I am currently looking for a matx case, torn between TJ08E and also SG09. Any advice? which one has better cooling performance? i decided to use back all my hardwares but i have read that SG09 work better with modular psu but i am using non modular one. SG09. Yeah, due to the design limitation, it is better to use a modular PSU. |
