you're right. the main drawback for me is just limit to mSATA storage. cannot add more 2.5"/3.5" hdd...

your information is outdate.

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/nuc...d54250wykh.html

There are total 3 model support 2.5" SSD/HDD now.. Haswell Core i3, i5 and Bay Trail Celeron.

Coming in March there will be model that support VGA Port...but its on ATOM processor, inbuilt 4GB storage too

oh... new Generation Intel NUC Models. now I see many NUCs and 3 of them can support 2.5" hdd/ssd. more choice. but still little more expensive than custom itx build, unless Intel dropping the price on this coming March.

Any recommendations for high airflow slim 120 and 92mm fans? Got a rather tiny SFF case to take care of.

I could only think of Scythe 120mm slim and one from Akasa with the former easier to find... but you're probably out of luck with the 92mm... even the 25mm variant are hard to come by compared to the 80mm type

Hi guys,

I'm noob in SFF. Got few questions

1) The Mobo, normally the model number end with mitx? Having hardtime to identify mitx mobo just by browsing the mobo list
2) Can i put 2.5" hdd replace 3.5" ?
3) PSU doesn't require too high right? Planning to get build in Graphic.

1- if you're looking at pricelists the shop usually states the form factor beside if it's an ITX mobo
2- yes you may, no problems with that
3- if just using IGP then a low powered PSU is good enough, but no matter what, get a reliable unit
