biggrin.gif ya tong sampah design. but the bad is, only slot-in drive, no regular 5.25" external slot.

very long time did not visit here and the thread seem inactive nowadays. And I also very long times already did not follow any new chassis unveiled.

when FM2 socket product available and many choice with good price offer, it's time to upgrade for me. Please suggest me any new brand/model of smallest SFF casing that can fit microATX motherboard and full height PCI card support (desktop/HTPC casing also can, budget below RM500). notworthy.gif notworthy.gif notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

*edit: typo, is new FM2, not AM2 tongue.gif

i used v351 before, you might need dust filters

cooler height quite limited, tx3 can't fit in unless u mod
i was using gemini2 with fan exhausting to my PSU

overrall it's ok, but i'd moved on to silverstone ft02 (lol)

if u keen on SSF, TJ08-e looks good
*
that's for sharing. I'm using Scythe "BIG SHURIKEN" and also A.C. Ryan Mesh Filter.
wao..ft02 is upgrade from SFF thumbup.gif TJ08-e, how much?

beside this, now looking for more other similar design chassis option too, same key requirements are:
1. small cube sff
2. m-atx support
3. usb 3.0 port at front panel
4. side transparent panel
5. at least 3 internal hdd tray

any suggestion or sharing?

thats a NAS, network attached storage

we know that the physical size of NAS or mini-ITX case are almost the same in the market. sometime we might see it wrongly. Somehow, the question posted about CFI-A7879, this is mini-ITX case only, not NAS. we only called it NAS if come with complete feature(both software/hardware) then ready to serve file storage purpose in OOBE. Yes, you can buy this casing and DIY then called it NAS once complete, it's design for NAS. below are the spec of CFI-A7879:

Model Name: CFI A7879 Mini ITX Server Chassis
Chassis Cooling: 12cm Low Noise Case Fan
Drive Bay (s): 4 x 3.5" Hot Swappable HDD Trays
Expansion Slot (s): 1 x Expansion Slot
Front Panel: 2 x USB 2.0 Ports (2.54mm pitch) / Power On/Off Button and LED indicator / Storage Activity LED
Power Supply: 200W FlexATX Power Supply w/PFC
Dimensions: 7.88"(W) x 9.85"(H) x 11.82"(D)

@bad melatonin, the chassis brand is Chyang Fun Industry; hardly see here but you can try contact rockrock, since he sell CFI chassis before but not sure he can help you source this model A7879 or not.
