Not sure, but i can see affordable homes in Rawang, and i imagine, overtime, the next Rawang like community will be south Perak (Tanjung Malim)

Commuting by train from Rawang is tiring, but then, there are takers for sure

RM 2000 and getting home loan does not sound appealing to me

If young kids want to say that they want to get a home in Damansara or Ampang in early working life, i tell them, forget it
