err as far as i know from hlj they will auto create an account for u by sending an email if u really purchase or make purchase an item from them and I 100% confirm that they won't count or charge anything if you haven't enter your CC there.

furthermore if the order didn't pay they will auto cancel it when it reach 3rd reminder.
