Pimples must be treated in 2 steps.

The first step is during the inflammatory phase, where you need to apply/consume things to reduce the inflammatory.

The second steps comes in after the inflammatory phase, in which collagen stimulation and black spot reducing creams are applied gradually on the surface of the skin.

Personally, if you have done the first step correctly, there wont be any scars or blackspot, or it'll almost be invisible.

I usually dont use anything to treat my acne, but if I do, I'd use Akneles (Product by Bangkok Botanica Co., LTD.) on the 1st phase.
I'll use Preme C Plus to reduce the black spot on the 2nd phase if required.

have you tried any cream to heal your acne and scaring before? if yes, did it work? I bought Vitamin E oil from guardian recently.. and currently using it to heal my scars and to prevent wrinkles  blush.gif  .. not sure if the product is good. I have scars and acne on my face at the same time, so I don't know whether I could mix the Vitamin E oil for scars and acne medicine together and apply. Any suggestion out there? thanks in advance =)

On medical basis, there has yet to be any official medical analysis that Vitamin E helps to reduce scars (regardless of the fact that Oral Vitamin E stimulates the hormone). Vitamin E had been known to nourish and moisturize the skin, and some companies had applied the tech to mix Aleo Vera and Jojoba oil to advertise the product as a scar healer cream.

I really dont advise into mixing a Vitamin E (in an oil form) and applying it on you face to cure acne. It'll cause more oils, thus more acne. Erm, though, I've never tried it before, but a friend once mentioned that honey solution helps with her acne problem.

Although not directly in use to cure acne scars, you might want to try Hirudoid Mild (directly for the face).

Do remember to avoid eating too many chocolates or milks, they're one source to acne.

Hope it helps smile.gif
