heyy can i miss the course registration or ask someone to register for me? i'm in penang!! went home after registration.. can anyone teach me how to register for mmls?

heyy after i add my subjects on the ICEMS @ WEB SUBJECT REGISTRATION page, it means i already did course registration right? however my Student Information Center states i didnt register for any course yet..
