hey! everybody....

Two more days, MMU school reopen right?
I am currently pursuing my degree in another college... now is in year 2

I am a computer science student, and my result is 3.86 (4 semesters total)
due to the current study environment, i decide to change school, come to join MMU

here is the question that i want to ask here...
for FIT, gamma year, computer science or software engineering course
normally one lecture class got how many ppl?
one course for particular semester roughly got how many students?

reason for asking this stupid question is...
my course in my school only 5 students.... very super small school

i want to get out from my current environment...
So forumer can help me....
And successful credit transfer case happened here before?
Or any of forumers' friends are successful credit transfer students?

Ya... i hvnt register...

usually the class will be around 20-30 (tutorial)
and it depends all togetha. Lecture usually combine about 2 tutorial class. So u do the math. smile.gif
as for credit transfer. U will need to go to ur faculty and tell him u want them to print out all the subject's details. Syllabus and etc. So that, when u want to apply for credit transfer, u will need to show them the document and then they will consider. IF the syllabus that was taught is almost 75% same as MMU's syllabus, then u can credit transfer. But if not, u need to retake everything.
Hope i answer ur question.

No you cant. For fosee, its all fix.If you are in that group, that means u are in that group for 1 whole year.
Either lecture nor tutorial, for fosee, you cant choose but just to verify. But you can alwiz attend their classes (same subject)refer to your friend's timetable and align ur timetable.I manage to free out friday just lidat smile.gif
NO
Kai Ling?Mind to share the pics? xD
1 class usually got 30 ppl(group),if combine group then about 60.For tutorial usually 1 class that means 30 ppl.It varies on which course ur taking, some hot subjects will of course have more students.
Dont have car sticker? No worries, just drive in n put ur ic and take the visitor pass, before you wana go out, return the pass and take back your ic(usually driving license will do)

Wow. The new intake is that little now?
If my memory does not fail me, there were around 5,000 to 6,000 freshies back in 2005 (June intake).
That probably explains why MMU suddenly decided to advertise on TV.

*
nola... where got so many. it was about 1900++ on 2005. 2008 was the highest. if i remember correctly as well.. hehe.
yaya, has been quite a lot of advertisement. but on tv i never seen lo. just in newspapers and the telekom bill. haha

foundation = holiday
i dun remember studying much but the fact is only one thing. wad u say u have ur point. and i feel that focus in class is extreamly important. foundation level, lecturers are like spoon feeding the students. my CGPA in foundation was quite ok. but when enter degree, its totally different. Sometimes even have problem to understand the lecturers. they have their own style. now 2nd sem degree. seems better and able to catch up. Just a reminder again... focus in class. tutorial is also important. and lestly, the past year papers in MMU digital library website. cheers...

Moreover, we did went to almost each and every houses in watercity to listen to their grumbles and problems. Later on, compilation of the report is done.
