hi guys, i've got a few questions hoping to get answered. During the orientation and presentation, is it compulsory to wear this kind of formal shirt

or we can choose to wear those semi-formal long sleeve and a pair of slack, like those we wear to prom night. And about the rules regarding hair length, why is it same as my secondary school lol, i mean come one, we're not in high school anymore, and they want us to have those school-boy-hairstyle ...

all white? cant it be all black ? and what about the hair's rules and regulation, will we get in trouble for having long hair?
