Oops... sorry... What do you feel and think as people say that HR is one of the easiest subject under FBL. What do you think? How true is it?
*
It is all assumption. smile.gif I can say Entrepreneurship is easy too. smile.gif
Well, easy or not, I'm not that sure but so far I'm still doing good. smile.gif

LAN and the connection is not good. Usually they install their own Streamyx, every house has one telephone port. smile.gif
As for me, I have my own wireless broadband. smile.gif

in addition to that, the rent fee for ixora have increased. So, students are now moving to EP... just some and considerable those new students...
*
But EP is just err.... I was a tenant of EP before until Ixora opened. smile.gif I feel that Ixora is more conducive to stay in compared to EP, I was kinda grateful at EP because stayed at the ground floor which is better. If staying in Ixora must avoid ground floor by all means. tongue.gif
Time flies, I'm leaving here soon. smile.gif

Avoid EP at all cost please, a lot of stealing cases happens every sem and its too strict. The internet is not that good as what they said. Better get your own streamyx line here in Ixora.

roommate moving out, the bed going to be empty biggrin.gif

The houses off campus like Taman Kerjasama, bunga raya... The rent are quite cheap. One room is about RM200 and can have 2 people..
*
If guys can stay at housing area, but for female it is advisable to stay at these apartments. At least there are security there. smile.gif
I'm a female and I stay in apartments throughout my studies here. smile.gif

Since I dont know anyone yet ( I dont have any friends in Melaka) dont think I'd fancy staying with a stranger, I mean at least the chances are higher that you'll get a MMU student for a roomie at Ixora or EP right?. Maybe after a few sems.

I'd second to that sorry joining this discussion so late. I was in EP for 2 years. Well i loved it there because of the havoc and stuff but at that time ixora just opened up and many called EP as a jail area.

Yeah, I love EP tooo until Ixora was opened.
EP = Expensive Prison
laugh.gif

Anyway, it is up to one's discretion to stay in which type of accommodation. Sometimes you must understand that safety is more important than money. smile.gif

Yesh! I agree on that! One of the reasons for me not to stay in apartment is not only because of the "strict rules" but also... lol... EP like jail... haha.. Ixora? The outlook and design undoubtedly, of course Ixora be better... But the rent... lolx...
*
Yes the rent was the issue for ixora but it had better styling and better security IMO... better than EP coz i used to illegally bring my friend in also.Ixora is stricter i am sure.

Luckily nothing happens. Please don't follow my footsteps. If it wasn't something happened that time, we won't choose this route. sweat.gif

I was addressing her lar.... smile.gif

@fruitie
Well many do that actually, because sometimes for discussion and group projects stay overs might help. But a 10 day record is something big here smile.gif
