My last prescription from a year back is around 0.5D for both eyed, slight astigmatism on both eyes which i think is quite low but i don't remember exact value.
I'm playing soccer, can anyone recommend me good place to get proper contact and diagnosis of my eyes? Would I need special toric lens too? |
