hello
i already used glasses for 5years but never use contact lens.
it is because i scared the contact lens will effect my eyes.
but sometimes, in some situation, it is better to use lens than glasses.

so, if one day i want to use lens, can u suggest me the best brand and which type of lens that can suit me
fyi, my left eye power is +-300 and the other one is +-150
