hey i got 1 question here. is air optix really better than bnl purevision? air optix claimed that more ppl prefer their lens compared to bnl's purevision and soflens. so far i tried soflens toric and air optix toric, i feel air optix is better than soflens a little bit. but i havent really tried purevision. any comments on this?

i'm not sure whether only me has this problem or not but when i use the re-wetting drops, it only makes my eyes feel moisturized for moment then the dry feeling comes back faster. i think i'm better off without using the rewetting drops. even though my eyes will feel dry but not as bad as after using the rewetting drops.

QUOTE(silverwave @ Feb 13 2010, 03:24 PM) Hi, i want to know is it ok to wear contact lenses for 14 hours a day? I let my eye rest 1 day per week. in my opinion, if you're gonna wear it for more than 8 hrs it's better to go for the lens that are made to wear continuously (silicon hydrogel type). they are more comfortable to wear for long hours.

QUOTE(raul88 @ Feb 21 2010, 03:06 PM) does sweat goes into eyes?? i think that rarely happen.. rarely but it can happen. probably at that moment your hands would be too occupied to wipe the sweat off your forehead. for those who sweat alot and scared the sweat goes into your eyes, you might wanna use headband

QUOTE(rezt @ May 2 2010, 11:53 PM) hey need some help here. yesterday i sleep with my freshlook colour contacts on. and when i woke up. its sorta stuck on my eye. i have to pull it out by force. it make some sound when i pull it out. and my eye hurt alot after that. nothing serious right? as far as i know, none of the contact lens are designed to be slept overnight. if your eye still hurts, better get it checked.

QUOTE(k-bkeat @ Jul 1 2010, 06:46 PM) hey. i nid contact lens for approximately 2-3weeks for sports URGENTLY. i nvr wear contacts b4. my power is 400 for left and right. astig is around 50 for both. wat is ur suggestion? it will be better if its cheap and good and comfortable. my eyes are slightly sensitive n get slightly itchy if got dust. there wont be side effect right? Added on July 1, 2010, 9:22 pmbtw, my friend recommended me icontact lens (http://www.vista.com.my/icontactlens/index.aspx) and this multipurpose solution (http://www.cibavision.com.sg/lens_care/solo_care_aqua.shtml) is it good n trustable? from the website it seems like the icontact lens are surgically implanted on top of a normal lens.
