Just wondering, how often do you recommend an eye checkup for contact lens prescription? My current prescription dates back to 8 years ago! Wondering if it's time to do an update.
For sharing, I have been checking on my degree (made new spectacles etc) but there hasn't been much change. My degree slightly lowered, but nothing too drastic. |
