Hi Jialat,

I use aosept.
Lets say on monday i put my lens in the aosept and leave it in there for a week maybe. What is the longest duration i can leave my lens in the container before wearing it again.

Thanks.

hi, u can leave the lens in the casing as long as u make sure the lens is fully soaked with solution. please clean it thoroughly before u wear the lens again, its best to rinse with saline before putting onto ur eyes. thanks

Thanks for the reply,u mean clean it thoroughly with saline or the aosept?

hi, clean the lens with aosept 1st then saline, its always best to rub the lens with saline on ur palm esp after soaking for long time. thanks.
hi, rubbing the lens with ur finger pulp against ur other palm is the best way to remove any deposit that build up on the surface of lens to ensure better dislodging of them. always rub the lens before u soak them overnight. then u can skip the rubbing next morning before u put on. if u hardworking then rub again before put onto ur eyes. thanks
no, if u use silicone hydrogel lens (air optix, purevision, oasys...) then pls use optifree or solocare aqua. personally, i think optifree is still the best.

Aosept and Oxysept are for conventional lens (yearly lens), they are not suitable for monthly or biweekly disposable lens. thanks

Hi Jialat,
Just wanna check with you,the lens have to be left in the aosept for minimum of 6 hours izzit?
Like that i find aosept a very expensive solution as i have to cleanse the lens again with aosept after leaving it in the container for a period and the with saline. While using those multipurpose just need to clean with saline after leaving in the container for a period.

Sorry this mayb out of topic,
i juz bought a branded frame, but my eyes have high power.
so i had to buy a powered lens for the frame as prescribed by the optometrist.Does the optometrist have to return me the original lens that comes with the frame?

yes, B&L made lenses for sensitive eyes too but their lens is harder also, purevision.

yes u can try the 3 pairs = 6 pieces lens 1st and see how they do on ur eyes. they might suit u if ur eyes not really sensitive. thanks
the plastic lens on the frame are just normal plastic, its a sample that has the brand printed on it only. of course u can always ask for it to be returned to u. thanks
