is there anybody who have the problem where the eye is blurry after removing contacts and wearing glasses? what does it mean? the contacts are fine when i put them on but glasses seem like they are of lesser power even though they are the same power.

Ok so I had an eye test again and apparently my eyes are now -4.00. the optician ordered -4.00 lenses. is it fine, should lower?
