this can sound stupid but how to buy a contact lens?
i actually know how to wear a contact lens because i have wear it two years ago. it is a free try pair from acuvue. after the free try expire, i never wear it again. only spectacles until now.

nowadays feel like wearing contact lens back. so i'm asking how do i go into the shop and ask for it. i don't wanna go through all the trouble of the sales people teaching me how to use contact lens again.

actually those monthly contact lens we can wear for how long? what i mean is i can wear for 30 times but for 1-2 months? or once we open the contact lens, we have to throw it away at the end of the month when 30 days is up.

for example:

1. wear for 30 times but for 1-2 months - I open new contact lens on 1 April but i wear it 5 times a week only. So i throw it away on 12 May which is exactly 30 days.

2. 30 days is up - I open new contact lens on 1 April but i wear it 5 times a week and throw it away on 30 April which is less than 30 days.

so which is the correct method? hope you understand what i am trying to say.
