Vision Space Optometrist has the proper equipment to check your eyes compared to a normal Optical shop. I was recommended by an eye specialist then I only know this shop exist lol I've ordered my high index spectacles and custom contact lenses there cause my eyes power too OP ~ left eye 1400+ and right 750+

They also provide free medical check-up every year if you buy spectacles or contact lenses from them. Just purely check-up will cost RM150.
