Oh I see. Thanks for the info, but I don't wear continuous normally. I wear it normally for office hour 9am-6pm, weekend maybe few hours

The solution I using currently is opti free replenish,after take out, use opticare saline solution to wash it as I have very sensitive eyes. Can I use it this way?

Btw, what does slow hours most keeping solution mean? eg solution like?

hello there. i have been wearing contact lens for a long time probably 5 years. but i always have an issue, that is the dry feeling of my contact lens when i am wearing them. my blinking rate will increase dramatically to the point that i will notice that i am blinking due to dryness. (i was told it might be the air pollution) I am currently using Bausch and lombs with Pure moist solution also by BnL. (which i believe is the best solution out there)

Do you have any advice on my case? I hate blinking too much especially when i am dating   

Hello. My left eye developed pinguecula recently. Almost 3 months not wearing lens as my eye is still a bit reddish. The first 2 months, I didn't do anything about it as I also have sinusitis infection and thought my red eye was related to it.

My sinusitis infection finally subsided but my eye was still a bit red. Only until last month, I noticed the yellow-ish bump in my eye. Doc prescribed me with eye drop to soothe the redness and doc suggested that I can try my lens again as the redness has been reduced. I tried it on once last week. The first 2 minutes was a bit irritating but afterwards it was okay the entire day. Quite comfy but feeling dryness.

I hope to get some recommendations:
1. I read from a blog that I need to use some steroid (drops) continuously to avoid further dryness and redness. What did they mean by this?
2. While wearing my lens, what would be the best eye drop to keep the eyes moisturized?

Need some advise for future purchase, I just bought 2 boxes of 1 day acuvue moist in midvalley, costs me around rm250 which is very expensive from the price I see in the internet. Since that is my first time wearing and also buying so I had to approach an optic shop to learn of course and they recommended me to buy daily lenses instead of monthly, so if i ever break the lenses i dont have to worry about throwing the lenses away since its a daily lens.
My question is what brand should i buy after i get used to wearing lenses? heard from my friend that air optix is quite comfy. and what lens solution should i buy? can i buy lens solution like renu in watson?

Hihi.. actually i need some suggestion between this 2 brands air optix and biofinity..Since the very first time I tried acuvue but I forgot which product (since 9 or 10 yrs ago) and it feel uncomfortable..even now I also cannot wear all product under acuvue cause it very fast dry even I jus wear it for 2 to 3 hours… and ciba vision, bausch and lombs , also same…after that I used colour lens… freshkon, adore is the most better lens for me … and solution I use alcon replenish until I changed to puremoist.. I like alcon more than renu and solo care…but i wonndering y the 1st weeki wear lens it feel comfortable but after 2nd week it will feel like uncomfortable

Actually one more is puremoist solution still need saline to wash?

can i know any contact lens is better than purevion 2? because i still feeling dry after few hours lol.

Hi, I have been using acuvue oasis for almost a year and I find my eyes dry.
I usually wear them for more than 12 hours a day facing computer in air conditioned room all the time.
For solutions I am using optic free replenish.

Any contact lens and contact lens solutions that you would recommend ?
I read through some of the posts and it seems like there's no one best brand for everyone but rather it varies.
Appreciate your advice.

I was quoted RM240 for 6 months supply of Air Optix Aqua. Is the price reasonable? First time using this brand.

Hi @Jialat, I'm a loyal fan of B&L. Been wearing soflens 38 for years until recently my eyes are getting red and dry easily due to my work condition. - facing PC for 8 hours and in a cold room temperature.
Is there any suggestion that i should change the contact lense brand?

I need sth that i can wear for long. Tried B&L softlens 59 and it's getting worse. Thanks in advance.

Hi Jialat, I ended up using biomedic as recommended by the opticians but what is the actual difference between biomedic and biofinity?
I tried out for a pair and it cost me RM25.

am gonna buy monthly lenses few weeks later but I do not know which to choose, either biofinity or air optix because some of the opto shop says biofinity is better but bad thing is they do not have astig. but astig for my left eye is a tad too high compared to right eye (cyl/axis for left eye -2.25, right eye -0.75) so i am afraid that it might blurred my left eyes vision.

btw is optifree replenish any good? bought it in set with 2 replenish and one small bottle optifree pure moist
