dear fellow bloggers,

do you all use maybank2u frequently?

as i kicked off my little durex performax selling business, i began to receive funds transfers into my maybank account.

then i noticed the transaction menu ...

user posted image

as shown above, is very brief, did not tell me what time, the transaction reference code etc ...

so what happens if my little durex performax selling business turns slightly bigger and i receive more than 10+ orders, effectively 10+ maybank2u transfers per day? how would i track which buyer has truly paid?

check the "my statements" for more detailed information?

i can't view my online statement here, it says ...

QUOTE
My Statements

Sorry... you probably can’t view your online statement here because:

#    You are a passbook account holder. Your online statement is only available for savings accounts without passbook.
# OR    You are a passbookless account holder, however your average account balance for the cycle is insufficient. (Account balance for a statement to be generated must be at least RM1000.)
#    Your account has a combined statement (i.e. Current Account and/or Loan or Trading Account) that is not available online.
#    You do not have any credit card statements.
#    You do not have any Trading Accounts (Maybankinvest or Maybank Investment Bank Berhad).
#    You do not have any statements.

i am a passbook less account holder, so does this mean that i need to have at least RM1000.00 (yes, i am that poor, hence i need to sell condoms to make a living) in this account in order to view the detailed transactions information in the statements menu?

am i correct?

thank you!

I think we can't keep track who pays it. The only thing you can do is ask your buyers bank in 1 by 1, don't sekali gus.

actually you can ask maybank to send you a statement. hardcopy...

i tried it last time. once an ATM was having PMS, I tried to withdraw 1k for tuition fees and living allowance, but the ATM showed withdrawal complete, gave me a receipt but the cash never came out.

i highlighted this to the bank, and asked them to send me a statement for me to check on recent transactions (recent 2 months). they did!

i highlighted by writing a letter to the bank. lucky for me someone there was gracious enough to help. be sure to have your account details ready such as full name, ic number, address and account number. i think they authenticate you by sending the statement to the address stated in IC.

I remembered that last time when I asked for a hardcopy statement from Maybank, they charge me RM12 for 3 pages (or maybe RM4 per page).

Another thing you can do is ask those dudes to transfer a random cent figure (e.g. RM20.01, RM20.02, ...).

I don't recall seeing sender details in my current account statement, so I don't think it will help.
