sorry for budging in guys but i need your help as i'm about to purchase the nokia 5800

i have a few things that need clarificatio fom the phone's owners

1.for an avaxx set,is the box sealed and not yet opened?

2.every new original 5800 set has the free 1000 songs coupon,right?

3.the battery should be in the phone yet does it?shouldn't the battery and all the accesories be sealed in a plastic,right?

4.how does the avaxx warranty card look like?

5.if the box is sealed,how is it sealed ?

6.how do you identify if the memory card,battery and earphone are original?

7.anymore tips in buying this phone?
