ok how do we change the arrow icon to a car icon in garmin?

To change the vehicles, first go to garmin.com and download new vehicles.  Then create a folder called VEHICLE in the garmin folder and put the cars that you want there. 

To change the vehicle:

click settings -> settings -> map -> vehicle -> select vehicle you want

to change to metric:

click settings -> settings -> system -> distance/speed

Just for everyone know this headset is not sold everywhere. My fren help me ask 10 shop in lowyat. Only shop knows and can get was Nokia Centre in Lowyat. Some dont even know it exist.

Yes it is possible. Although not as fast and accurate as a physical keypad. Not as accurate because you might not get the desired number of taps(eg. wanna type 'c' ended up with 'b'). Not as fast because typing too fast can sometimes result in the former prob, accuracy. There's more thumb lift involved with a touchscreen.

2. After backup all the data. Is it possible to delete it from memory card?
