Registration counters were very slow. Had to wait like 2.5hrs just to get to my turn. The counter personnel were slow in their work and couldn't answer some of the questions I posed about the package. First thing that came into my head was 'service like govt'
 So anyway, i found that at 8.30pm yesterday, they only sold 300 units so far. Either the response wasn't that great (although there were a LOT of ppl there) or they're just slow in processing. They had a lot of supervisors standing behind the counter personnel for whatever reason. I guess the supervisors would've done better as counter personnel. |
