or you meant to say that rm1488 is payable to you for incorporation and registering process + rm850 for SSM and + rm200 for stamp duties.

also please let me know what the minimum annual charges that would cost me. eg, yearly have to pay how much to maintain the company even if the company is dormant and not doing any business = 0 revenue. and any other hidden charges that i should know.
