hey i wanna ask can we ask quotation from differnt lawyer???i am buyin a property tat is rm110k can anyone tel me roughly how much is the lawyer fees,,thanks

after sign the s&p, i pay the price for the s&p alone. after the bank release the payment, i pay the the balance.. |

Legal for SNP 2. Stamp Duty for SNP 3. Legal for loan 4. Stamp duty for loan 1 and 3 have the same payment schedule, 2 have a tiered schedule, 4 is fixed at 0.5%. These can't be avoided, ie someone has to pay, be it developer, bank or yourself. The rest are the misc, transport, fax, land title search, deed of assignment, POA etc. All these can be negotiated. Actually 1 and 3 above also can |

i duno the alliance banker inform me when i apply my loan there. he say since march 1st house less than 250k will have free stamp duty..but i doubt it..anyone can clarify this...
