can leadtek 9800GTX+ SLI with manli 9800GTX+..  hmm.gif
different core...  different speed..

yeah they'll work... make sure to put the slower gfx card in the first pci e slot... that way the second will be underclocked to the first one... the different brands will work, the only thing that won't work is if its a different chip, like a 8600 gt and 8500 gt...

or if you know for a fact that your first card (540 mhz) can overclock to 576 (ts a sure bet that it can) then put the second card in the first slot and that will ramp up the speed of the first card which would then be in the second slot

Minimum: Pentium 4 3.0GHz, 1 GB, 128 MB, Shader model 2.0, ATI 9600, NVidia 6600 or better, At least 7.5 GB of free space, DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card, Microsoft Windows XP / Vista / Vista64
Recommended: Intel core 2 duo 2.4GHz, 1 GB, Shader model 3.0, NVidia 7600, ATI X1600 or better, Microsoft Windows XP / Vista / Vista64

So basically an investment of RM250-400 can get you a good card already. 9600GT would be more than enough. I'm running 9800GT on my 23" monitor with 1920x1080 resolution, with some settings turn to max while others off, stills run perfectly smooth.
