I've looked around the classifieds for jobs in Singapore. Generally, they just require that you have a degree in Pharmacy (some would want the degree from a reputable uni) and to be registered with the Pharmacy Board of Singapore.

Though I have no black and white proof or confirmation on this, I believe you can become a pharmacist in Singapore.
