I am going to Monash in the Feb 2011 intake and planning to do Business and Commerce. However, I have not done any accounting or economics subjects before, will it be hard to cope with the new subjects or will there be guidance and teaching from a basic level? Also, can someone recommend some accounting/economics books that I should get in preparation for the first semester?

Hey, how do new students manage to allocate their classes so fast? I am a commerce student but it says I am not enrolled in any units yet? Do I need to enroll first...?
How was library orientation? |

Hey, how many hours of lectures + tutorials do students of each faculty have? I am in Business & Commerce and have a total of 13 hours of lessons a week.
Can People from engineering, IT, Medicine share? Btw, do you consider the business course tough? (in comparison to other business courses and to other faculties) |
