I had that error before, just untick the "Calander" option in your iTunes. Problem solved.

QUOTE(akchang @ Mar 19 2009, 10:09 PM) Can someone help wat happenned to my calender? Its a 8.1 issue. Looks like a lot of people who upgraded are facing this issue. Instead of syncing "All Calendar", I selected the folder one level below instead and the error disappeared.Model : IPHONE 3G (16GB) iPhone OS : 2.2.1 Itunes version : 8.1 |

as far as my experience this does not affect my iphone at all, maybe the future firmware or itunes update will fix this pesky bug.

Its more of a safety percaution for me in case the phone goes crazy, at least all the calendar info's backed up so you can sync it back if you have to restore your phone. Just last month my phone went nuts.. lost all my music and videos - all showed up as "other" but disappeared from the library. Had to do a restore. |

Er.. just to check, are your phones jailbroken?
Mine isn't jailbroken and I haven't had such problems when I sync my Calendars. This post has been edited by tinkerbel: Mar 20 2009, 02:38 PM |

Mine isn't jailbroken as well, the problems seems to occur randomly i've just synced my iPhone and it didn't show any error message.Mine isn't jailbroken and I haven't had such problems when I sync my Calendars. Could it because i'm using itunes on my PC instead off MAC? |

@Mr.PostMan,
I don't think it should make a difference what system you're using but *shrugs* who knows? I guess issues on my end are minimised because I'm using a 'virgin' iPhone + I do all my syncing on my MBP ! Sorry can't help U there |

I'm also facing this problem every time I plug in the USB cable to my pc. But when I sync the 2nd time without pulling out the USB cable and replug it, the error msg did not appear.
