LCL return to 46.5 sen again!!!! from 33 sen to 46.5 sen with the gain of 41%. dont be suprise if it climb back to 70 sen once it announce dividend or secure more contracts. Low said earning for 2009 should be sastify, should minor holder like us believe him?

("CIMB PROJECT")
LCL Corporation Bhd ("LCL") is pleased to inform that its subsidiary company,
LCL Furniture Sdn Bhd has on 26 March 2009 , received a Letter of Acceptance
dated 24 March 2009 ("LA") from CIMB Bank Berhad ("CIMB") for interior fit-out
works for Podium area of Menara Bumiputra-Commerce situated at Jalan Raja Laut,
Kuala Lumpur at a contractual sum of RM5.9 million. In addition to the existing
project of RM7.7 million from CIMB ( the details of which was announced earlier
on 24 March 2009 - Ref: LC-090324-45497), the total aggregated contract sum
amounted to RM13.6 million.
The said Project which was secured through a normal tendering process is
expected to commence immediately and completed by end June 2009 . The LA for
the Project is available for inspection at the registered office from Monday to
Friday between 9 am to 5 pm.
The CIMB Project is expected to enhance the earnings of the Group but does not
have any material effect on the net asset per share, share capital and
substantial shareholders of the Group.
The Board of Directors after due consideration , is of the opinion that the
CIMB Project is in the best interest of the Company.The CIMB Project being
incurred in the ordinary course of business, is not subject to the approval of
the shareholders of any relevant authorities
None of the directors or major shareholders or persons connected to them has
any interest, whether direct or indirect in the above transaction.
