My luck alway not so good, so playing short term no good for me. All my short term play doesn't gain E.g Top Glove, CBIP, Petra and Ramunia. All these counters I get some gain, but if I sell later (e.g now), my gain could be at least double!!! Top Glove, CBIP and Petra supposed to be my long term counters, but too unpatient to unload due to price increase so much suddently and hoping to buy back at lower price... E.g. if you gain $1000 from $10000 investment in a month, how much do you consider your return on investment? Simple ROI will be 10%, but if you consider the time frame, it should be 120% based on 1 year calculation. So, if you're basing on simple ROI calculation, you should be making big money (if your overall turnover is few months). If you look carefully, it revenue mainly came from Europe (specifically more on Germany). Based on current price, maybe worth it... Sorry, I got problem attach file in LYN... 4Q08 results disappoint 4Q08 registered a RM43.4m net loss, compared to RM15.8m profit in 3Q08, and RM6.4m profit in 4Q07. Full year FY08 net profit came in at RM40.6m (-56% yo- y). Pelikan’s sales and margins had been squeezed by the recession in Europe, as more than 80% of its revenue is derived from that region. Weaker sales and margins. Germany sales plunged 56% q-o-q and resulted in an operating loss of RM11.8m (-142% q-o-q). Aggregate sales in Italy, Switzerland and the rest of Europe fell 2% q-o-q, while EBIT margin fell to minus 3.9%. In contrast, Latin America operating profit grew 34% q-o-q despite a 38% q-o-q drop in sales. We view this positively as Pelikan continues to expand its market share in Latin America. Cut earnings for FY09-10F. The economic outlook for Europe remains depressed; DBS expects Europe’s GDP to contract 2.8% in 2009. We cut FY09-10F earnings by 10-22% after imputing weaker sales and expected squeeze in operating margins. Pelikan’s cash coffer has depleted by 76% y-o-y to RM17.0m (FY07:RM70.7m), mainly due to lower net cashflow from operations and higher repayments on bank borrowings. Meanwhile, we understand that the progress of its potential joint venture in China has been slow because of the current bearish market condition. Maintain Fully Valued. Pelikan declared a final dividend of 2 sen per share for FY08, which translates into 2% yield, below our expectation. Maintain Fully Valued with a revised target price RM0.80 (previously RM0.95) pegged to 5x FY09 EPS.

E.g. if you trade online, it will be cheaper and if you call/sms/email your broker and ask him/her to buy, it will be more expensive. Example: HwangDBS charges RM28 online trade, and RM40 for call in trade. BTW, anyone interested in an Excel spreadsheet stock profit/loss calculator? I created one few months ago. It can help you to see how much is your potential gain/loss with the considerations of your fees. If you're interested, just pm me and give me your email address! Seems like I can't attach Excel file or zip file in this forum...

As the Q1 div announcement is getting nearer, chances of going down is low unless got bad news on Axreit...
