I need to ask about this,

If Person A & Person B apply loan from bank to purchase a house, but the house ownner name is only put person A.

If 1 day, Person B had bankrupt, for this case, does anything effect to this house name under ownner A ?

will bank/gov take any action on this house ?

Any professional or Lawyer can help me ?

If B had bankrupt & he just a guarantor, it wont affect the ownership of the house.

I assume he is guarantor coz only A own the property.

bank would not accept person B's loan application the normal way anyway

whatever work around is usually wholly on B's personal liability only

but B's loan will be affected and A must come up with more money to pay for the house, so its affected indirectly also.
