Planning to get slacks and also some casual menswear. Anyone knows if there's any related warehouse sale most probably going to happen in July/August?

Mitsui fails as an outlet mall. Land already so big, still need to charge for carpark?? Should give free carpark. It's not even a covered carpark so the maintenance cost should be minimal. The carpark entrance and exit uses the same road without divider, which is quite dangerous. I almost bang into car that came from opposite direction because they are driving directly on the lane which I entered from.

The brands are not even premium. In Europe, the outlet village really has premium luxury brands and the price is often 50% or less than retail. I see 30% in Mitsui like WTF this is called outlet?? The location is so far city centre, people already paid time, effort, toll and petrol to visit there, in the end get lousy brands and lousy discounts? Mitsui owner never went to outlet malls in other countries to do research??
