If you're using Macbook, you can use iPhoto application. Tho' I am not sure about Windows.

just connect ur iphone to ur pc... then it will prompt a selections of programs... choose the camera and scanner program (i think it on the below of all of the selections of programs)... click on it, and then choose ur pics... after that done!
