L2 speedcut at what speed ar??140km/h ar??

yup.... 140kmh oni.. who say L2 is fast...

I have few more questions =p do we get to go to 6400 rpm?wats the red line or max rpm for my car (660cc stock)? and you said its not advisable to go that fast as our cars is light..wat u mean is our cars are not safe enough rite? isn't it easier to control or break a kancil rather than having a bus at the same speed?

P.S. What is half-cut? is there full cut? =p

all car coming from japan have speed cut.
for compact car it is 140km/h. regardless l2,l2s,l5,l6,l7,l9. its 140km/h.
for bigger car it's 180km/h.
l2s, when still have speedcut, u drive till 140kmh,ok.
then press a bit more, estimate la 150kmh, then u c the needle kick up, speed come down to 120kmh.
l2s is nice, go up karak-kL all the way can gear5. even when thru bukit tinggi, genting sempah. no need drop gear.

its called halfcut because when its being imported into malaysia, from japan, the car is cut. whether half, or nose cut, still a cut. this way the tax will be less, and also can put more item in the kontena. if its not cut (full), how can u say it cut? doesnt make sense
another thing, imho weight of a car doesnt relate to how fast and safely can a car go. on windy road, yes it take guts, skills and superb suspension. but on a straight, i have driven a kancil at 170kmh++.shah alam - kuantan : slightly more than 2 hours. but its not my car.

True it is set at 140 km/h originally before removing the speed cut. At 160 I can feel part of the car is very light. Owh yes, I still have that indicator siren also. Above 140km/h will have a ting ting ting sound. Even loaded with 4 person its still quite light.

what is original piping size for kancil 660? im thinking doin new piping exhaust and some air filter intake...

mind to ask where to find L5 pads nowdays? seems like quite rare, even spare part shop dont keep these anymore

its small matter..we are sharing our knowledge and experience here...this is one of the objectives we open this club...anyway...if u can bare the sound coming from the engine,then u can go all the way up to 6400rpm...max rpm im not so sure...what im trying to say is that our car chasis is not meant withstand high speeds...besides...our kancil chasis is slightly weaker than ordinary mira from japan...

Regardless if yours is a mira or even kancil or even a bus/lorry, high speed crashes mostly end up in a ugly sight.
So drive safely.

can add "Anti Roll Bar" under both rear lower arms

this can minimize the swing/roll-over effects on kancil's when taking corner at slightly higher speed..

yup. anti roll bars are great stuff.
i'm using a Mira L200 anti roll bar. great stuff.. even with 13in rim and stock absorber + spring.

anti roll bar seems like a good start for me as a student..lol..how much is it?

RM100 for rear.

L2s anti roll bar will cost u around 250 i guess...Ultra Racing one also around dat price but i think UR 1 is thicker than L2s anti roll bar..

I got my L2s anti roll bar for 180. Hahaha!
Ultra Racing's are cheaper and thicker. 13mm? L2s 11mm i think.
Its a different design than the L2s. Didn't want that cause its too rigid.
I have the UR strut bars 2 point. Great stuff for handing.
Your car will feel stiffer.

Haha. I am finding people to source me for the Anti Roll Bar. I need one. Cause in Penang, they dont have UR Bars. Even I went to those half cut shop for L2s anti roll, they look like overcharge me for it. Expecially I want that Anti-Roll Bar. Anyone can get it for me?

Btw, update on my L9. Repair cost estimated 1.8k. But I guess I will still be sending it to the workshop. I like the engine. Maybe the FMIC Plan would be postpone due to maintainence. A leakage of engine oil from the engine. Even the Ignition Coil is spoilt. 6.5krpm of the engine sounds like dropping.

Whats fc? and is kancil turbo suitable to go up genting? need high torque rite?turbo does come with torque?

PS can kancil drift after put anti roll bar?lol
