Jump MK [crouch LK LP LK(slightly slower)+ hurricane kick or HP shoryuken]

or

Jump MK [crouch LK, LP, MK+ hurricane kick or hadoken]

If you can get these linked as combo (shows as ? hit combo ingame) then you are successful.

Bait bait and bait. Make the opponent come to you, but force pressure on knockdown.

You also should learn the instant air spike (qcb, uf + K) to build meter when you're far away.  You also should learn uf, hcb + K to change the arc of your jumps (also useful to force a crossup sometimes).  Use jump LK as crossup.  Jump in with HP if far or anticipating an anti air, use HK for a deep jump in attack.

Also do a million FAs, either to get in or out, or to defend yourself, or to punish pokes (cancel to dash if necessary or if you feel unsafe).  Use EX Hooligan to cover distance.  Regular Hooligan sucks.

Personally haven't found much use for her spinning backfist.  It's too slow. 

Combos:
HP, Cannon Spike FADC Cannon Spike
cLK, cLP, cLK, HK Cannon Drill
EX instant air spike (qcb, ub + KK) to Ultra, or combo of choice
