guys, for those who are using ps2 to ps3 adapters for their stick and plan to update to 2.7fw

kindly read these threads, there are reports that ps3 will freeze with certain adapters(plugged in) during the update and some reported that the adapters doesn't work 100% after the upgrade.

Guys, msian credit cards work with SG PSN!

Dunno if you tried this out already or not, but we've always assumed that we can't download the costume packs because the msian PSN store isn't up yet. I never even bothered to link my credit card to my PSN.

Well, last night I just decided to try linking my msian credit card to my Singapore PSN account.

I just clicked on the Shoryuken costume pack (ryu, ken, akuma, gouken, dan) and Voila! It downloaded without a hitch! I paid SGD5.99 ~ RM14.33. Note, I have the Asian R3 version of the game.

There are 5 separate packs for all characters...a bit expensive if you ask me. On the other hand, there's a rumoured all-in-one pack coming out in awhile which costs less.

If you've got a msian credit card, R3 version of the game, and a singapore PSN account, go get your costume packs now!

Dan's costume alone is almost worth the price of the pack....ALMOST....haha.

i got the shouryuken pack the day it released and i havent actually checked out Dan Hibiki's costume!

i think it is something with streamyx ... cuz i don't seems to have disconnection from psn problem and in fact, had 20 odd games with fruitler .. he had some problem signing into psn as well but determination let us fight at least until he dc again hahaha

It's really bad tonight.

Yup steamnuts is acting up again tonight. I thought I had a decent connection. But the game with MasterAlvin was lagging. Maybe its coz of my wife vpn-ing for her meetings.. YES YES! Blame it on her!!!!!

My free time is also playing PC games and movies. I don't play PS3 much except MGS4 once in a while and SF4 (which I play a lot).
