I am planning to get a house in BU2 area.

So i would like to know about the following:

1. Is there any public bus service at that area? if yes, what time is the easliest shuttle to Kelana Jaya LRT station?

2. Where is the nearest bus stand to BU 2 area?

3 How is the traffic condition during early morning if I were to drive to the Kelana Jaya LRT station?
I must board the train by 7.45am.

I hope some of u who is staying around that area can help me out in this as it will affect my decision to buy or not to buy.

THANK YOU VERY2 MUCH! tongue.gif

to go to kelana lrt station, you can take rapidkl from the bus station near 1U...near the old giant parking area.
take either U43 or U89....U43 is faster.

Stupid Bump,

You are buying BU for the wrong reasons then.

It's a mass affluent area. Middle to upper middle class families want to move there because of the tight security, playgrounds, government schools, chinese schools and proximity to family malls.

Accessibility should be your main criterion in terms of transport. And obviously, BU is in a strategic location. Frankly speaking - any LRT stations or Bus depots that cuts across such affluent areas will only devalue the location. People there want less congestion, and less "mass market" initiatives. They have their own private mode of transportation.

And why are u buying BU2? IMHO - u should focus on BU 3, 4 or 10 if u r serious about DSLH. Just check it out again - u will know what I mean.
