So we have KLCC in Kuala Lumpur and PJCC is a new development in PJS2, Petaling Jaya. Anyone can share your comments on PJCC?

PJCC ??...is it The One Next to the Toll.... Between Sunway ( I dunno PJS What la ) & Old Klang Road ( Kg Dato Harun ) ??....

I remember Seeing the Project Abandon for a Few Years & Now i think Start Work Back already , is it This one ??.......

I don't think there is a toll. I think it is accessible through Federal Highway, not very sure though. Heard the development is going on and already available for selling. Could it be a potential investment on PJCC? Perhaps like KLCC in PJ?

The development is on going. They took over from previous owner. Now left some 10-20 units of commercial lot. Heard they planning the 2nd phase. A great potential when econ picks up!

I know this project. PJCC located at PJS (petaling jaya Selatan) ... one of the fastest growing area . nearby sunway( fyi, sunway name also PJS ).

NPE is the fastest way to reach PJCC. Fyi, NPE connects u from sunway to PJS,old klang road,bangsar,KL centre.

PJCC consists of automobile city,shopping mall, office lots, and soon a hotel.

A good investment if you have enough cash but it will take many years .....to grow ....... since it is entirely new set up place.

been to the site last year, but i'm not impressed though.

perhaps a drive around the neighbourhood will give you a clearer insight on whether this development can go anywhere near KLCC. if you ask for my opinion, i'd say no. even if they can, it'll take decades.

take a 5 minutes drive around the vicinity of PJCC.
