Is it true that TV box price starts at RM120 cause I'm planning to connect my Wii straight to my LCD monitor.

If you want TV box please get a better one. 99% of those TV boxes in the shops out there couldn't meet my standard.. which is not that high.

Ok, how can you tell if it's bad or good? And what do you look for when getting a proper TV box.

If you want a good TV box at a fair price please visit www.hdboxpro.com. The price might be a little more than what you can find locally but the scaler inside it is worth every penny.

Sounds convincing, so if I were to play 480i games(eg Gamecube games) I'm better off using this thing?
Are the local shops here in Lowyat/Imbi/Sungai Wang selling it?

The WII vdigi cable im using also supports 480p games
And its very clear itself. ITS brilliant display by using Vdigi cable.
I wont wanna compare with my recent vga box i was using , its like double image display

i saw a tutorial using TV CARD (with yellow video input) to connect Wii with LCD monitor

basically, its Wii's Yellow > TV CARD > PC > LCD MONITOR, Wii's Red/White to your Hifi/Audio System
