hey guys just wanna ask something, i have a 2002 wira aeroback..im planning to do some small mods la maybe like change the bodykits to the special edition one. How much can i get it for and where?

edit: proton it self got sell?

i was just joking , those are racing clutches , got the klong klong sound ,

regarding the klong2 sound earlier , i can only think of , drive shaft , or gear bearing , but gear bearing doesn't need to turn left or right only got sound , as long as acceleration pedal let go , it will have like a spooling sound ... very very annoying one ...

i need all the sifus adivce, i planned to lowered my car and also change the absorber, mayb sports type. what brand should i go for? GAB? APM? KYB?

tat day i went to ask my relative as he work in a shop just for alignment only
i ask him to check... he said need to add rubber and he dont do it... not his part of job and ask me to take to any foreman shop to do it...
like this only...

put some "air sabun" on the paper, the slowly adjust till u satisfy,then use the heat gun to dry it....

signal wan is kinda consume time and patience. u need to use a heat gun or hairdryer to blow the sticker until soft so u can stick it nicely.

like mine when pump in full tank,i gone 200km missing 1 bar,then gone another 100km 1 bar,then another 100 1 bar,finally 150km the petrol gone empty

Good for you. Mine rarely touch 500km unless long distance highway driving is involved. I normally get around 450-480 for city driving from 37 liter of fuel.

yeap is 50 litre. the needle not accurate wan lor. mine oso touch E jor then drive for some time the light oni will on geh. the light will on off on off wan until its really dry only it will on permanantly.

if nvr on aircond..put on "N" and it will be 1.5 rpm
if on aircond will be 0.5 rpm..

Hye all, been busy these days + no knowledge to talk about automotive laugh.gif

Anyway, just wanted to share sadness. My tires been hit by 2 nails, twice this month ! Damn. Just got back from plaster.

1st one : 2 nails at right rear.
2nd one : 1 at left front, 1 at left rear (on the side some more, can see that nail 'terpacak' already) sweat.gif

dun like the idea of spray and rev ... bring it to the foreman , mark the TB position using liquid paper or any marker , then remove it go wash up using brush and petrol , then use water rinse it until u dun smell petrol.

use blow gun 2 dry it inside out , then put it back according to the marker ,

all for rm20 bucks ...

Dunno lorr. I'm using KL-Putrajaya expressway. I checked my tires at college very few times, but when I got home, got yelled by my mom "your tyre pancit laa" then only I notice sweat.gif

17 inch rim aer wanna lower somemore ... what type of tires u are using ? low or high profile , if low profile ur car gonna be damm low le ... if u wanna get sport spring , i suggest you to use eibach ... very good brand

use Tein ... very very nice ... use stock le ... very uncomfortable one , if really wanna change , use adjustable hi-low enough

How much for TEIN spring? On budjet now la. Thinking of a spring to tahan dulu. few months later oni change Adj Hi/Low
Zmax and kimex not good mer sifu's?
I wan low sampai 1 1/2 finger or 2 finger oni wo.. for wira 1.6 which spring ah sifu's?

tat thing is throttle body
i think mine is time to clean too
but i dont have part to remove it...
nowadays, my car auto off when i slow down..
eg, when u wanna pass by toll, need to slow down.. until around 20kmh or lesser... the car rpm keep jumping
until engine die off...
with aircond on...
i suspect my timing too low but when starting the car engine, the RPM reading around 2k rpm
which is high... now i also dunno wat else to do other than cleaning TB

yea ..that's mitsu mmc ... mine is siemens which cant use screwdriver to tune ...
i also think its undertuned or maybe been using too long din tune that y the car mistuned itself...
i think we should try clean it 1st ... see if that helps .. if not then gotta bring to factory to tune jor since its siemens

ISC is the inner part of the throttle body... did he disect ur throttle body??..

from air will pass by air filter then only reach throttle body..
sometime filter dirty and cant filter much dirt therefore it will make ur TB dirty

no change bulb la. I custom add the ccfl ring inside.
Im not sifu la,noob jek. Didn't use 17" before so can't give any comment bout it,but if you use japanese light weight 17" its alright wan. My friend wira se auto using 17" oso can speed quite fast

Just open the headlamp glass and stick the ccfl on the glass. Then wire the ccfl and put everything back in place.

fuse box is at driver side near the battery

i only know got 4-2-1 and 4-1
if u r saying 4-2-1, it can be use for daily drive..
as for 4-1 is more on pick up...
i myself using 4-1 extractor...
OEM... but most of my friend which using 4g92p, their OEM extractor is 4-2-1

oem 4-2-1 is not same with aftermarket 4-2-1...

but if u using wira se 4-2-1 extractor, its similar with aftermarket 4-2-1....

4-2-1 is jz the basic design of the extractor... another important factor alwiz ppl forget is the length of each section... dat is what matters most...

Some how i felt that this 2 fit hid anot oso useless. I got a feeling that their beam is wide but not straight wan. Sure wont help on shining the road...
If that round wan really is projector,then use that better

i not sure 1.8 can mod to fit 1.5 or not. i only know 1.6 hv to slightly mod only able fit to 1.5. fyi, 1.8 g/b is different from 1.6, then the clutch is it same den dunno d...

i oso not sure. i remember last time i sold my abs to a forumer he told me his car using super touring flywheel and 1.8 cluch on his 1.5 wira

can fit... if u using 1.8L ST flywheel which measures 8.5" diameter, u can use 1.8 clutch...

Nvm. I found out that ACE hardware shop got one brand of can spray for car. The brand is DPI. Summore got oem colour. But one can around rm17. Expensive?

Not bad lor,make sure u spray d the paint then spray 1-2 layer of clearcoat to have the glossy feel.
Don't expect it to be like spraying at workshop,the colour sure will be different with your car colour d

take few hours to read...

just now took my car go and wash...
when reach home, see the weather so nice... so took a quick wax on it..

anyway, if u guys kena those majlis perbandaran saman...
dont feel like paying...
kena because of illegal parking...
i use to park at that spot for few months...
with residential sticker for the road i parked at...
still kena saman... i wonder the person issue saman stupid or dumb

any accs shop oso got wad. if u wan buy lip buy frm Brother's Ampang. Their putra lips kinda cheap and is PU material. But buy d bring to other accs shop install cause their installation is chop head wan

just throw the saman la. last time my car oso kena majlis perbandaran saman and after some time they even send lawyer letter.

hahaha ... d*k* one can throw de .. i saw my friend park at TBR outside tarC ... kena jor he just take off and tear it into pieces .. he say "mou d!u" ...

wah just now really $#@%$#% .... i 1st time the car mati at a traffic light, engaged in 1st gear and was about to move ..suddenly the fan (right side if u r looking to the bonet, the fan that blows to engine) starts to move, my ccar straight away no power and died ... wat causes this symptom?

i came back .. open the bonet ... got 2 fans, 1 is left which is blowing the radiator(beside the battery), then the right one lo ... its moving but then it stop at a point.... while later on back again then repeat repeat repeat ...

hmm .. another view is ... from the view of sitting at the driver side(looking out), the fan is located on the left ....

Why I ask everywhere and no expertist in sport springs ? Zerotohundred no one there give me comment le.. Here also. Then where should I go ?
Wira 1.6 17inch. Target is 1.5 finger / 2 finger Front, 2 finger Rear.
Zmax and Kimex. Can anyone recommend please ?

if wanna ur own height then u hv to use adjustable, adjust the height until u like. normally the sport suspension height is standard 1..

then u have to go try out urself as there is not many ppl using 1.6 here..
and u r using 17" and we dont really have such a big rims using on our wira...
wat u pay is wat u get... y dont u try it out who is using zmax and who is using kimex then try out see which want is better before fixing it...
kimex brand i heard before but zmax nope...

chop shop TEIN from japan are spec for japan roads, hence it is much harder n stiffer...

Eh..what is rev cut for our car?
Coz i manage to get nearly 7k and can feel the car jerking like lost power before rev up again.

depends where you go and ask ... didn't know ur di*k = rm700 , get some sense into urself , 1st if all if no one tried the 2 brands u mentioned how the heck are we supposed to know ?

if u want to be specific , go potong the spring le

to be so specific on how many fingers , go get an adjustable , confirm u will get what u want but u need pay the price , nothing is cheap in this world.

4G92p rev cut at 6.75k, no matter change what transmission also same 1 as the rev cut is already set at that rpm, anyway, after 6.5K also no power adi, so just shift at 6.5K

i tried puting "2" in my auto gb... rev til 6++ also no power already..
so normally when i want to do 0-100kmh, once reach 100kmh straight away engage to "D"

confirm or not ? lolz show ur dyno result look c look c ... not advisable 2 rev till rev cut coz ur torque is going down hill even b4 rev cut ...

base on this graph , notice the torque starts going down @ approximately 5k , so by hitting around 5.6k , it's time 2 shift so that u will maintain the peak of the torque 2 push the car ...

regarding the DPI automotive spray , can it be used to spray my fiber made skirts? but wont the paint crack? i heard fiber must use undercoat. what do i use to undercoat ?

wow... max torque at 3k rpm... start dipping at 6k rpm...

power rise pretty steadily... but 6k-7k kinda stagnant... 7k power start dropping d...

so, best shift up point is 6.5k... biggrin.gif

After first bar 160km run, most of the time high speed and high revving

Managed to get 510km for full tank, not bad wei XD

yo guys i'm driving a wira 1.5 aeroback.. rm 50 can only travel for about 280km for me.. it's very bad isn't it.. is there any clue why is it so fuel comsuming? it's a 1999 car.. 136k milage.. headache la

consider reasonable lah....
change lighter engine oil, lighten crank pulley, proper tuning a lot thing u can do to reduce the fc....

if u not really care bout perfomance, u can find a few seller in garage sales selling the low cost hi lo adj suspension, if not mistaken rm8++ can get d...
cuz sport spring will not that easy to fit ur ride height i guess.... nod.gif

yoyoyo... sifu here, i'm driving 1.3 not aeroback.. rm50 can only travel for 240km for me.. it's very bad than 'herroyuy' isn't it.. it's a 1997 car... 111k mileage.. zero modification.. 80km-100km while driving oni... wanna vomit blood ...oledi did tuning at a few popular workshop at my area and it is waste of money.

Consider normal. Cuz im using 1.5 carbie. Full tank 70+ can go 300km+ only. Cuz is carbie and summore onli 3 gears for auto gearbox. If u want to reduce fc u could follow sifoo jssim's advice.

I better put rev cut as well although I know my engine can support up till 10K due to balancing

they are power shit man.. i'm using mobil S engine oil... auto car of course.. travel kl seremban once a week.. travel at around 150km/h? is it really more fuel saving travelling at 80? i doubt that.. any advice?

approx 100-120kmh good fuel economy... but of coz dun alwiz pump ur throttle... maintain it and do not do sudden acceleration...

no need to worry, my engine has been balanced till 10K rpm and my max torque and max HP are only attainable around the 6k range, that is why I say mine and yours is diff because my setup is that way

no need take TOEFL or IELTS.

But imho, TOEFL is harder compare to IELTS.

British Unis accepts both IETLS and ToEFL one ... as for US its more to ToEFL but then mostly all i see also accept both ...

planning to go overseas next year, those Education agent says maybe no need take those english test, becoz the english provided in my college might be sufficient including getting good results for it ... haha
