hi guys. i wanted to know little bit about KASTAM. The scenario is like this :
I ordered something from overseas and it getting stucked at Kastam. How do they contact me? and if i don't want to claim it, is it can? Cause the item is cheap and rather not wasting petrol to go to kastam.. |

Courier will inform you that you item detain by custom and ask you to collect yourself or opt for their service and they will do for you but that will be costly. If you not respond at certain time frame, item will be return back to sender. But normally you will get a reminder a few times.
