if u want it as outgoing(help on this word - opposite of intake) one also can
if u put as intake the holes beside the PCI slots and the PCI slots covesrs itself will have air coming out
if u put as blowing out one means the holes beside the PCI slots and PCI slots covers will have air coming in

but IMO, HAF's side panel as blowing out is good because less dust will go in

Less dust will go in is my concern because no air filters... now i'm enlighten by your words and pekies's idea... maybe i'll get a HSF932 soon
