i'm planning to go for V8 but dunno it will clash wif the 1st n 2nd RAM slots of my mobo or not. any1 here uses K9A2 platinum mobo?

btw, to answer ur question, yes obviously aquagate do outperformed/pwned any fan coolers/air cooling/jet cooling in the market today...

i'm intrigue to test it on the lab for a strain test n c how long will V10 take b4 breaking or cracking the mobo

V8 can la cuz so tall, wat about V10? it's designed to be longer but not higher...

i wouldn't bet on it. 1oz or 2 doesn't make a diff as u're going to put ur mobo in a stress all the time. let's say we leave it 1-2yrs wif weight equivalent to V10, i bet it'll break the board sooner after.

it'll help but not much, the highest stress force will be at the proc's socket where the cooler's bracket came in. sumore u put it vertically, unless u mod ur casing to place it horizontally. (imagine mod CM690 to horizontal, LOL

CM sphere = crap, nuff said, for overclockers of course

for normal users, dotards etc2, the cooler performs good compare to default heatsinks, both amd n intel.

ur budget? below RM200 u shud go for hyper 212, dun forget to put additional fan for better cooling.

@Dura-Ace, besides ur cable management making ur whole temp goin sky high, i can c ur processor's cooler is oso the culprit.

jz bought V8, Cm Nano fusion thermal compound n a 90cfm fan from ngbh. hopefully it'll arrive by tmrw...

i'm gonna let go my hyper 212, but i'll take the ori blue fan n change it wif V8's red fan.
