There are a few so=called Forwarding Companies based in the USA that offers a US Address so that u can shop from say Amazon (which offers free delivery for orders exceeding certain amount) and then re-ship to you at a lower price compared to Amazon.

I have tried this company recently and it was cheaper and faster compared to Amazon but only if you order above a certain quantity / weight.
Just as a comparison, for say 5 Blu ray Disc, Amazon std charges were about USD33 (which takes almost 1-mth). Whereas, if based on volumetric weight, this company would only charge USD24 and arrive in less than 10-days via DHL (with Tracking).
However if Amazon delivers in Batches to the US Address, then the delivery charges may be higher. So, using the service is a bit of "Touch & Go' but overall, still cheaper and faster than Amazon.
However, if u only buy like 1 or 2 items, using Amazon may be cheaper as they do not charge a base weight.
