Nobody had any problems at all using usps for the last 2 months? I'm still waiting for my package since 27/3. Damn. Is it normal?

With the luck by calling pos msia twice, and my friend who sent the package to me from US, gave USPS a check from there itself, today it arrived msia and passed custom with ease, though I expect it to be held because inside, it's a phone

Future reference for those who're or will be using First Class Package




3 weeks and 2 days. Really not bad. And what's most surprising is, PosLaju handles the package once it arrives here, not PosDaftar as what many claimed

But the features is diff, as if the delivery is made locally

If normal postman, he'll also leave a note

Yep, it's that long. But it's acceptable to me, since the cost is very much reasonable

And yep, you can get the update via local courier

My 2nd shipment with USPS. So far so good using their service

This is the hierarchy of their service's affordability. First Class Mail -> Priority Mail -> Express Mail -> GXG (Global Express Guaranteed)

After 3 days, I straight call them bcs that's what in their policy. You should have done that too. Departed after 6 days it's been at the post office? BS. Express Mail is supposed to be their 2nd best service internationally. Domestically, it's the best. It's one day, guaranteed. You could ask for a full refund if it's not delivered after one day, although the package is still delivered, let's say after 2 days. Happened to me once. Then asked for a refund. So, I basically shipped it for free. Lol

Sharing to show how easy it is for a worker to bring out any package. I've lost more than RM20k in a single shipment

Did you guys get yours? Happening to me now also. Nothing on Pos Laju website. On USPS, it says departed Malaysia

I understand that it's been some time ago, but pls do let me know if you got yours. Mine's last status was Departed Malaysia since the 5th. Went to lcct, and they said they haven't received the package yet. If you did receive yours, pls let me know how long did it take from the date of Departed Malaysia to the date that you received it.
