It's been 1 month and 17 days since 17-10...Probably this is normal..

Have you receive your's? I'm waiting for International Letter too.

And no updates since then. On top of that I actually ordered on the 28th of November and the seller only sent at the above date o_O
I hope there's not too much longer, this waiting is killing me. This is such a nightmare I will definitely avoid this next time, and the price of the shipping literally killed me, almost cost as much as what I ordered! Probably better to just take a holiday to that country instead and buy it lol.

i 2nd your opinion...still waiting and keep waiting. now it's been 2 months.

TVDG sugegsted me to call directly to the post office that shipped my package.. i will try later using my office phone. (calling from my hp? dunno how much the charges will be)

Salamander, I have a First Class Mail posted on 9 Dec 2011, haven't reach me yet. Did yours arrive?

Sorry for late reply - Yes I received mine, it came on the 23rd I think, could be 22nd but I'm sure in my logs it was 23rd). I would also not count on the status that they seem to put on their pages - if anything it's best to contact pos malaysia or the other courier service as well as the seller, but like others said it might take time, but if youc an't wait then you should contact just to double check - no harm in doing so.

Old thread but I just want to share my experience.

Not sure which postal service in M'sia are they linked with but the item I ordered from U.S came in 2 weeks and only in the 3rd or fourth week since I got my tracking code only I knew my item already arrived 2-3 weeks ago It was quite swift, not sure why.

i purchased 2 items from 2 separate sellers. 1 sent via USPS Priority Small Flat Rate Box, 1 via USPS Flat Rate Envelope. Price of both items did not exceed RM500.

As for me, only USPS Box has tracking updates (but only until it leaves the US). USPS Envelope did not update anything.

Both items reached my house simultaneously. But with no notice from the postman (Pos Malaysia).

I was not there when the parcel arrived. But Pos Malaysia didnt leave any note/slip ask me to pick up? So how now?

try going to post office besar and ask around.

bring your identification card yar.

what item it is?
if hand phone or any item that requires AP then u r fxxked need sirim approval.

is it posted via USPS?
if it is via USPS u need to check with post office besar i.e. pos malaysia.

Dunno what the item is... its a gift from a friend.

My package is Express Mail International

it says:
"Customs clearance processing complete"
then
"Addressee not available - Addressee advised to pick up the item"

I was home all day for few days and I didn't even get the letter to pick up the item also so I don't know what to do or where to collect..

I'm from JB, do I call up pos laju? pos? will they try and resend the package again etc? What's the next course of action..

bro my experience on usps is. u must use the package number and track at pos malaysia and sometime the thing arrive ade. JUST POS MALAYSIA BOLEH din not contact u onli.
