I'm glad I found a thread about overseas shipping.

Below is my tracking status.


I have ordered something back in December and it is only shipping the item now from US. However, the shipping address is my old house and I want to update the shipping address to my new place (same area but different street). At which point during the shipping status I could do that?

What I understand is that, once the item lands in Malaysia, I can contact POS Malaysia to change to my new address instead?

tl:dr, I moved to a new address, how can I tell them to send to my new address instead?

Could anyone help me?

I'm having some trouble with my item of which sent by USPS Express Mail to Malaysia.

Your item departed a transfer airport in KUALA LUMPUR INT'L, MALAYSIA on March 23, 2017 at 5:25 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

I have tried to contact the Pos Malaysia.But they said it's still in transit.

But USPS said it has arrived on 23rd March in Kuala Lumpur International.

May I know anyone here who has encounter the same message before?.

If yes,can anyone here tell me what should I do?.

My case is similar to yours, but it arrived on 8th March in Kuala Lumpur International.

I had to wait for 3 weeks for it to arrive. PostLaju delivered my item on 30th March.

I guess you can only wait and be patient for it to arrive.

Thanks.I guess my item will go though custom first.As the sender include the invoice of the item.

So normally it will takes about 3 weeks to process when it has arrived in KLIA?.

Would you mind to copy me your status from Pos Malaysia?.

I am experiencing the same issue as well and mine departed malaysia on March 25th.

I tracked your number and believe it is similar to mine as it went through Miami and Turkey.

Lets hope they are just bundling everything together to be sorted out.

Contact them and find out. If it is not held at customs then it may be on it's way. But best to contact.

Which courier company should I contact? Pos laju or usps

Try Poslaju first since your item is in the country. If they have no idea, then ask USPS.

I tried to call usps but they told me that the package is not under their control once it is out from usa. I called pos laju but they said they cannot track that number. Grrrrr what shouldi do now
